We have the right to change your APRs, fees, and other terms at any time, for any reason including, but not limited to, any change in your credit history, credit obligations, account performance, use of your credit lines with us or any creditor, or our financial return. Any changes will be in accordance with your Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.

Introductory 0% Fixed APR on balance transfers for 12 months, and a variable APR between 12.99%-29.99%, depending on creditworthiness thereafter. Your Introductory APR will automatically increase to the respective Penalty APR if the required minimum payment is not credited to your Account before the first day of the billing cycle that starts after the payment due date on your statement 2 times in any rolling 6-month period. Introductory APR does not apply to purchases or cash advances. The Introductory APR does not apply to purchases or cash advances. We apply payments to balances with lower APRs before balances with higher APRs.

The APR applicable to the Promotional Balance Transfer balance will immediately convert to the Purchase APR: 1) after the Introductory Period has expired; or 2) if your Account ceases to be in good standing at any time. Upon such conversion, the balance is thereafter treated as an ordinary Purchase for all purposes. For the purposes of Promotional Balance Transfers, your Account will not be in "good standing" if: (1) the required minimum payment is not credited to your Account before the first day of the billing cycle that starts after the payment due date shown on your statement; (2) the balance of your Account exceeds its assigned credit limit for any reason; (3) your Account is closed for any reason; or, (4) you have otherwise not complied in all material respects with any of the terms of your Cardmember Agreement then in effect. We may elect to not enforce any of these conditions at any time without being deemed to have waived them in the future.

The fee for each Promotional Balance Transfer requested at the time of application is 3%, but not greater than $75.
